Description The General Counsel will provide essential legal counsel and support to the company on a broad spectrum of healthcare-related transactions and regulatory matters. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including joint ventures, SAAS agreements, and professional services agreements. Additionally, the General Counsel will advise on applicable federal and state laws and regulations impacting our business and affiliated medical groups.
