Position Summary The General Manager, E-Commerce Sales & Operations, handles overseeing and driving all aspects of Frontier Justice's online sales and operations. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer experience, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a passion for e-commerce, firearms retail, and omnichannel strategies. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and improve profitability. Identify new revenue opportunities, including product expansion, partnerships, and promotions. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and e-commerce best practices to maintain Frontier Justice's market leadership. Sales & Digital Marketing Own the online revenue targets and sales performance, optimizing conversion rates and customer retention. In Partnership with Marketing, oversee digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling online promotions and content that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine user experience and increase conversion rates. Customer Experience & Website Optimization Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including website, mobile, and customer service. Works to enhance website functionality, navigation, and checkout process. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and support requests to continuously improve service levels and satisfaction. Inventory, Fulfillment & Logistics Oversee e-commerce inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock situations. Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline fulfillment. Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors. Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearm regulations for online sales and shipping. Work with legal and compliance teams to uphold ATF and other regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and secure payment processing. Data Analytics & Performance Metrics Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce success, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Use data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports to executive leadership with actionable recommendations for growth. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Foster collaboration between e-commerce, retail, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure a unified brand experience across all sales channels. Provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce best practices and emerging trends. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or firearms-related industries. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Ship Station, etc.), CRM, ERP, and NetSuite analytics tools. Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and digital marketing strategies. Understanding firearms industry regulations and online sales compliance is highly preferred . Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and manage large product catalogs. Strong leadership skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Passion for the firearms industry, Second Amendment rights, and outdoor lifestyle is a plus. Salary Description Base Salary + Incentive Opportunities
