Global E-Commerce Marketing Intern

Overview SUMMER 2026 Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who are asked to relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter. As a team, we focus on driving brand & product discoverability, attracting new customers, and driving incremental revenue for Shure across multiple platforms including Shure.com, Amazon, and Social Commerce platforms. Shure.com is our centralized location for prospective customers to engage with Shure, learn more about product features and purchase directly. As we continue to expand and grow, we are leveraging social commerce to educate and engage with our customers on native platforms. Social Commerce is a quickly growing industry that is estimated to reach nearly 3 trillion in revenue by 2026 globally. This summer, we will need someone to assist with content production, paid campaign support, and LIVE shopping events across both initiatives. The Global E-Commerce Marketing Intern will assist with building the pipeline for affiliate marketing activities on social commerce platforms, cross-platform content development, organic and paid media reporting, and management of TikTok Shop LIVE. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Global Social Commerce and E-Commerce Manager, creative agencies, vendor team, regional marketing teams, and performance marketing teams to develop content and reporting dashboards. This internship will be Hybrid, based in Niles, IL. Responsibilities • Identify user-generated and creator-generated content opportunities for paid and organic channels (i.e TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Amazon) • Manage Affiliate and Creator Connections campaigns including briefing, management of respective budgets, and seeding products to creators directly and through agencies. • Work closely with the social media managers to develop organic shoppable video content across platforms. • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and uncover new growth opportunities. • Work with the Shure and Agency teams to develop advertising and marketing reports. • Assist with managing product page content across social commerce platforms. • Assist with TikTok Shop and Amazon LIVE events during tentpole moments to showcase products, how-to- and unboxings. Qualifications • In-process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing or Communications, experience with social commerce (IG Shop, TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, etc.) is a plus • Experience in social media management and advertising • Positive, optimistic, and eager to learn. • Proactive, team player, and detail-oriented. • Experience developing campaign reports or recaps. • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • English required. Fluent in Spanish, German and/or French is a plus. Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. PAY TRANSPARENCY Modeled by extensive market analysis and economic best practices, Shure offers competitive intern compensation that is reviewed and adjusted annually by our Total Rewards Team to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top intern talent. Each internship has an hourly rate which varies from $21-$40 per hour based on job function (Engineering, IT, Business, etc) and year completed in school (Junior, Masters 2nd year, PHD, etc).
