Reporting directly to our Global Head of HR, you’ll be a strategic partner in shaping our employee experience and reinforcing OPSWAT as a destination employer. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Define and execute a global total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, recognition, equity, well-being) aligned with our business goals and values. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and the Board on pay philosophy, incentive design, and equity programs. Compensation & Benefits Architecture Lead global job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking. Design competitive and scalable base salary, incentive, and equity programs that drive performance and retention. Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring local relevance while maintaining global consistency. Employee Experience & Recognition Build recognition programs that celebrate contributions, reinforce culture, and highlight our high-performance environment. Enhance transparency and understanding of total rewards across the company. Operational Excellence Lead annual compensation review and promotion cycles with rigor and fairness. Implement tools, analytics, and processes to drive smarter decision-making. Ensure compliance with global regulations while introducing innovation. Expertise in compensation, equity design, job architecture, and benefits strategy. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling recommendations. Strong executive presence and influencing skills . Comfortable advising senior leaders and the Board. A builder mentality: you will thrive in fast-paced environments where you can design and scale.
