Global IT Project Manager Content Transformation Healthcare

This role can be done fully remotely. Your role: As Global IT Project Manager Content Transformation Healthcare , you will work with the Content Transformation business team to drive the evolution of our Content Ecosystem bringing processes from content planning & creation, medical, legal & regulatory review and approval, localization and content sharing across markets to the next level. Working closely with IT teams and your business counterparts, you'll define solutions, manage product backlogs, and prioritize requests as the Product Owner Proxy for the Content Ecosystem. Your focus will be - but not limited to - on delivering innovative, AI-powered solutions that maximize business impact across regions and franchises. Key responsibilities include defining the IT roadmap for our Content Enterprise and AI-driven capabilities like copywriting, process efficiencies for medical, legal and regulatory processes for content approvals, as well as increasing data quality for content reuse and reporting. You’ll manage IT projects end-to-end, oversee budgets and timelines, and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Acting as Product Owner Proxy, you'll lead Sprint planning, actively participate in daily meetings, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful sprint execution. Collaboration with business and tech teams is key to aligning solutions with roadmap/project goals. You’ll also identify new opportunities and technologies, including integrations into the Omnichannel Ecosystem, to drive continuous improvement and impactful customer engagement. Who you are: Min. 7 years of professional experience in pharma with proven track record of implementing Content solutions and supporting Omnichannel Solutions. Profound Project Management skills incl. agile techniques and experience in leading internal and external project teams in an international environment. Expert knowledge in Content Management solutions in the Healthcare Industry, preferably Veeva Vault PromoMats, and integrations in Omnichannel ecosystem processes including Marketing Automation tools, Customer Relationship Management and Reporting & Analytics. Preferably familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) to ensure that marketing initiatives adhere to legal requirements are beneficial. Fluency in English is required, as this is a global role, additional language skills are a plus. You demonstrate excellent social and analytical skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams. You are proactive in identifying new technologies and innovations that can drive impactful customer engagement. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, enhancing your ability to contribute to our strategic objectives.
