Global Sales Leader

Overview This senior leadership role is responsible for driving global revenue growth through international sales strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across multiple regions. The role owns global sales outcomes, including pipeline development, conversion, and long-term market growth. Working closely with executive and cross-functional leaders, this position connects global growth strategy with regional execution, ensuring sales teams are enabled, aligned, and equipped to succeed across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a global sales and growth strategy aligned with revenue objectives • Lead international market expansion and strategic partnership development • Own global pipeline health, forecasting, and sales performance outcomes • Establish sales standards, training, and enablement for market-facing teams • Build, lead, and support globally distributed sales organizations • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across regions • Partner closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align execution Qualifications • Senior leadership experience in global sales, business development, or revenue growth • Proven success driving revenue across multiple international markets • Experience leading distributed, cross-cultural teams • Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills • Willingness to travel internationally as needed This position is part of a confidential search.
