GoHighLevel Automation Specialist – No-Show Reduction & Speed-to-Lead (Sandbox Only)
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to help us reduce appointment no-shows and improve speed-to-lead for an appointment-based automotive business. This role is NOT for beginners, funnel-only builders, or “all-in-one” marketers. You will work ONLY inside a Sandbox account. • No production access • No snapshot access • No live experimentation Primary Objective (Phase 1): Your first responsibility is to build and optimize automations focused on no-show reduction, including: • Appointment confirmation workflows • Multi-step reminder logic (24h / same-day / pre-appointment) • Clear stop logic once a customer confirms, shows, or reschedules • No-show recovery workflows • Missed-call text-back (speed-to-lead) All workflows must be: • Clean • Non-duplicative • Clearly named • Easy to understand • Fully documented Required Skills: • Strong experience with GoHighLevel workflows • Deep understanding of triggers, conditions, and stop logic • Experience with appointment-based businesses • Ability to explain automation logic clearly (not just build it) Important Rules (Read Carefully): • Work is done ONLY in Sandbox • Do NOT touch Production • Do NOT create or edit Snapshots • Do NOT duplicate workflows • All work must be screen-recorded with a short walkthrough • Nothing goes live without approval How We Hire (Mandatory Paid Test): This role starts with a PAID TEST ($40–$50). Paid Test Task: Design or build (logic + explanation): 1) Missed-call text-back workflow (under 60 seconds) 2) Appointment confirmation & reminder workflow 3) No-show recovery workflow You must explain: • Trigger logic • Stop logic • Pipeline movement If the paid test goes well, this becomes a longer-term engagement (1–3 months initially). To Apply (Applications without this will be ignored): Please answer the following questions: 1) Describe a GoHighLevel workflow you built that reduced no-shows. 2) How do you prevent duplicate workflows from firing? 3) What stop logic do you use for appointment reminders? 4) How do you debug a workflow that isn’t triggering? 5) What mistakes do most businesses make in GoHighLevel automations? Short, clear, real answers only. Apply tot his job
