GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup Specialist — Christian Church Marketing Agency
We are a digital marketing agency for Christian churches in the United States. Our main service is Facebook and Instagram campaigns to invite the local community to church, We are seeking an experienced, dependable GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup Specialist to join our internal back-end team. You will set up each church’s GHL subaccount for our Plan Your Visit (PYV) system and ensure everything is ready for ad campaigns. We use the same snapshot for every client. Main Responsibilities •Create new GHL subaccounts • Apply our Plan Your Visit snapshot • Update church info (logo, name, address, pastor details) • Activate all PYV workflows (SMS + email) • Set up and test the PYV calendar • Complete A2P registration (brand + campaign) • Connect Facebook Lead Forms → GHL workflows • Test lead flow, SMS, email, and notifications Occasionally: • Assist our team with Meta setup (Page, Instagram, Ad Account, permissions) • Create church landing pages inside GHL (when needed) Requirements • Strong experience with GoHighLevel • A2P registration experience • Facebook Lead Form → GHL integration • Basic Meta Business Manager setup experience • Detail-oriented, reliable, and good at following SOPs • Comfortable with church-style content • Internal role (no client-facing communication) To Apply Include: 1.
