Gong + HubSpot Implementation Specialist (Contractor)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Gong + HubSpot Implementation Specialist to support our agency in building, optimizing, and launching a fully integrated sales enablement ecosystem. This contractor will partner closely with our VP of Sales to operationalize our CRM, automate workflows, migrate and clean data, and build dashboards that enable rep, manager, and executive-level visibility. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in both Gong and HubSpot, has a strong background in automation and data architecture, and can confidently lead technical setup, workflow configuration, and cross-tool integration. This is not a manual admin role — we need someone who deeply understands CRM systems, revenue operations processes, and scalable automation. Required Skills & Experience Must-Have Expert-level HubSpot Admin experience (object configuration, pipeline design, workflows, custom reporting, automation). Advanced experience with Gong, specifically around integrations, call-object syncing, rep setup, deal boards, and automation. Strong RevOps or Sales Ops background, ideally supporting agencies or B2B sales teams. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale data migrations, cleansing, and normalization. Ability to design dashboards tailored to multiple roles and reporting hierarchies. Strong understanding of sales processes, renewal cycles, and forecasting. Exceptional documentation and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Prior experience launching CRM rollouts under tight timelines. Familiarity with agency or service-based business models.
