Due to continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will take ownership of designing and implementing highly effective Google Ads and SEO-driven performance marketing strategies for our clients. This hands-on role suits a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on Google Ads and SEO, ensuring measurable results for clients in both B2B and B2C sectors. Oversee the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns, maximising client ROI. Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page SEO improvements to enhance search engine rankings. Use Cometly to track and report on campaign attribution, ensuring accurate performance insights across channels. Provide data-driven recommendations to refine strategies based on campaign analytics and performance metrics. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and present clear, actionable performance reports aligned with KPIs. Manage client marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Mentor and supervise a junior member of the marketing team, fostering their growth and performance. Stay abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing, including updates to Google Ads, search engine algorithms, and attribution technologies. Essential Criteria Educated to degree level, with at least 5 years of digital marketing experience, specialising in Google Ads and SEO performance marketing. Proven ability to deliver successful marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients. Google Ads Certified with expertise in advanced campaign setups, audience targeting, and A/B testing. Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Proficient in using attribution tools like Cometly for cross-channel tracking and insights. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and client management skills, including the ability to present clear, concise performance reports. Desired Criteria Experience with tools such as SEMrush or similar platforms for keyword research and competitor analysis. Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp for integrated marketing workflows.
