We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Google Customer Engagement Suite - Conversational ArchitectLocation(s): Philadelphia, PA(Remote)Role: Conversational ArchitectRequired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, preferably with Google Cloud Platform. Hand on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and webhook integration. Deep understanding of Contact Center AI Services (CCAS) and their application in real-world scenarios. Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend services integration. Familiarity with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and IAM. Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and API development. Knowledge of Agentic AI Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred Qualifications: Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer). Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
