As we navigate the intricacies of the healthcare space, compliance and performance optimization are crucial. We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist ideally who excels in both e-commerce and regulated industries, and is ready to lead our advertising strategy across Google platforms. This part-time, freelance, or contractor role is pivotal to our mission of making healthcare more accessible and impactful while helping us surpass our current $1,700/day ad spend threshold. Key Responsibilities: • Strategically manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. • Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, copy, and conversions. • Collaborate with creative teams to guide the design direction of ads and videos. • Develop and implement a detailed weekly performance action plan and manage KPIs. • Navigate healthcare advertising policies, ensuring compliance and swift resolution of issues. • Proactively liaise with Google Support to address account or campaign concerns. • Perform in-depth competitive, keyword, and audience research to refine strategy. • Craft compliant and conversion-focused ad copies. • Align ad campaigns with broader marketing strategies, including retargeting and automation tactics. Expectations: • * Ability to independently manage and optimize the Google Ads account, focusing on scaling and maintaining a strong ROAS. • Communicate effectively via Slack and Zoom, providing regular updates and reports. • Maintain transparency in strategy and execution through documentation and reporting. • Expertise in handling Google Shopping and Merchant Center compliance. • Experience with YouTube Ads strategy and execution. • Familiarity with tools like SpyFu, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and attribution platforms. • Stay abreast of Google Ads trends and industry regulations. • Strategic contributor to long-term business growth.
