GovCon B2B Sales Representative (Part-Time | Cold Calling | Commission-Driven) Location: Remote Compensation: $20/hour + commission Schedule: Part-time Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in Government Contracting Sales Growth Path: Opportunity to transition into full-time About the Role CTC Global Solutions Corp is hiring for an experienced Government Contracting B2B Sales Representative to drive new business through targeted cold calling, outbound outreach, and relationship-based selling. This role is focused exclusively on sales within the government contracting space. You must already understand how government contracting works, how small businesses buy services, and how to qualify serious prospects. Your responsibility is to source, contact, qualify, and close small businesses into paid sales or strategy appointments. This is a high-accountability role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is motivated by results, growth, and long-term opportunity. This position is intended to transition into a full-time role for the right performer. Lead Sourcing & Outreach • Source and prospect leads using Indeed, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Identify potential clients through industry and community forums, GovCon groups, and relevant business networks • Conduct independent research to identify qualified small businesses pursuing government contracts • Use company-provided lead lists to supplement outbound efforts • Manage and prioritize both self-sourced and provided leads to maintain a consistent pipeline Key Responsibilities • Conduct high-volume, targeted cold calling to small businesses engaged in or pursuing government contracts • Execute outbound B2B sales via phone, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify prospects based on procurement readiness, urgency, and budget • Sell paid discovery, strategy, or consultation appointments • Clearly communicate value, pricing, and next steps • Manage multiple active sales conversations at the same time • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and closes • Coordinate a smooth handoff to internal teams after a close Commission Structure • 10 percent commission per close until threshold is reached • 15 percent commission after threshold • Up to 25 percent commission for top performers • Hourly base plus uncapped commission potential Required Experience & Skills • 5 to 10 years of B2B sales experience within government contracting • Proven success with cold calling and outbound sales • Strong understanding of: • Federal, state, and local procurement processes • Small business GovCon readiness • RFPs, RFQs, NAICS codes, certifications, and procurement cycles • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities • Highly organized with solid project and pipeline management skills • Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once • Computer- and email-savvy, comfortable using CRM and virtual tools • Trainable, teachable, and coachable, with a willingness to follow proven sales processes • Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-driven As part of this role, contractors are required to use the company’s proprietary software platform, BidBridgeVen.com, and follow established workflows and sales processes. Performance Expectations (Initial Ramp) • Target of 2 to 4 strong, fully qualified appointments per week • Appointments must meet defined qualification criteria and be sales-ready • Consistent outbound activity and follow-through • Approved sales scripts, outreach messaging, and qualification guidelines will be provided and are expected to be used Reporting & Collaboration • This role works directly with the CEO and COO • Close collaboration with leadership to refine messaging, qualification criteria, and sales approach • High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth • Must be comfortable using Asana to manage tasks and sales activities and Slack for day-to-day communication Why This Role • Clear sales-only focus • Transparent commission structure • Flexible, remote, part-time schedule • Direct access to executive leadership • Defined path to full-time employment based on performance This role is currently part-time, averaging 10 to 12 hours per week, with the expectation that hours may increase as performance and business needs grow.
