Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–5 years About the Role: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing graphics. You will be responsible for creating designs that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media. Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, advertisements, and website graphics. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop innovative and brand-consistent designs. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver fresh and impactful designs. Prepare and deliver final design files in the required formats for production and publishing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.), CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in designing for both digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, etc.) and print media (brochures, posters, business cards, etc.). Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to think creatively and work independently with attention to detail.
