ABOUT THE ROLE As a Fractional GTM Systems Consultant – HubSpot Architect, you’ll serve as both strategic advisor and hands-on builder, helping clients translate GTM strategy into scalable, usable systems. You’ll work directly with clients, designing systems that align go-to-market strategy with operational excellence. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Translate GTM strategy into systems: Partner with GTM leaders to understand business goals and convert big-picture strategy into clear, functional HubSpot and tech stack configurations. • Design and optimize processes: Map existing workflows, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and implement scalable systems that support growth. • Build data-driven visibility: Configure HubSpot and integrated tools to deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. • Enable teams through documentation and training: Create clear documentation and training materials so client teams understand, adopt, and confidently use their GTM systems. EXPECTED OUTCOMES Within 15 Days • Build strong working relationships with internal teammates and assigned clients. • Complete onboarding and role-specific training across Domestique processes, HubSpot standards, and GTM frameworks. • Gain a foundational understanding of each client’s GTM strategy, tech stack, and current challenges. Within 30 Days • Independently support HubSpot configuration and optimization work for assigned clients. • Identify process improvements and data gaps that impact reporting, attribution, or funnel visibility. • Deliver initial system updates that improve usability, efficiency, and data integrity. Within 60 Days • Own end-to-end GTM systems projects with confidence and minimal oversight. • Translate HubSpot and GTM data into clear insights that inform client decisions, prioritization and next steps. • Be viewed by clients as a trusted systems partner who can both strategize and execute. NEED TO HAVE • Experience: 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar GTM-focused role. • Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in HubSpot (Salesforce experience a plus) and comfort working across integrated GTM tools. Marketing Hub and Sales Hub expertise required. • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action. • Strategic + hands-on mindset: Comfortable advising on GTM strategy while also building, configuring, and troubleshooting systems. • Communication skills: Able to clearly explain complex systems and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
