This is a hybrid role for someone who’s equal parts hospitality pro and creative eye — someone who can greet a client with warmth, film a quick story, manage booking flow, and contribute to the energy that defines our space. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and energy as the face of The Tox Palm Beach • Manage client scheduling, check-in/out, phone support, and day-to-day front desk operations • Film and photograph content (with client consent) in alignment with studio marketing goals • Use mobile-friendly editing tools to create short-form, brand-aligned content for consistent submission to the corporate marketing team • Maintain studio flow, assist with product recommendations, and support retail presentation • Assist with influencer appointments, VIP visits, and promotional activations • Ensure the studio environment remains clean, calm, and aligned with brand standards WHO YOU ARE • Client-Focused & Polished – You bring professionalism, warmth, and care to every guest interaction. • Organized with Operator Energy – You manage tasks and time with ease, helping the studio flow beautifully day to day. • Content-Aware & Scroll-Savvy – You understand what clean, on-brand content looks like — and how to capture it efficiently. • Passionate About Wellness – You’re genuinely interested in lymphatic health, detox, and the wellness space we operate in. • Calm, Focused & Elevated – You stay composed under pressure and maintain a high standard in every detail. REQUIREMENTS • Spa or Salon front desk scheduling experience is required • Mindbody CRM system experience is preferred. • Experience with content creation apps is required • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in basic apple software • Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
