Line of Business: Technology Solutions Job Description: The Head of Identity and Access Management, Centralized Account Provisioning is responsible for Product ownership of the sub-services within WIAM; Account Request and Provisioning, defines implementation plans for Access Request and Provisioning capabilities leveraging AMH (Sailpoint). This role drives deployment through in-house FTE's, Statements of Work, outsourcing deals. Depth & Scope: Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required Leads product and support teams with a focus on: identifying TD decentralized request and provisioning processes, providing requirements to the AMH team for request and provisioning services, migrating request and provisioning processes and teams, as required into AMH, deliver request and provisioning self service capabilities, support customers access needs Works with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop the TD Account Access and Provisioning strategy and technology roadmaps. Defines a target operating model and partner with AMH Engineering, Build and Support functions Develops and implements a talent strategy to retain/recruit appropriate skillset Leverages Agile concepts for product delivery Leverages WIAM VOC for product improvement Leads the team responsible for configuration, installation and maintenance, in-depth troubleshooting tasks and documentation of any Identity and Access Management activities Leads Risk Management activities for Account Request and Provisioning addressing internal and external audit and Regulatory requests Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree is preferred 10+ years of experience in financial crimes management, risk management, or compliance within the financial services or related industry Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a regulatory and risk-focused environment In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, fraud detection, and prevention frameworks Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and technology-driven solutions for risk management Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus Preferred Experience: 7 years of Workforce Identity and Access Management, leading access control, request/provisioning and manual request transformation 5-7 years' experience leading IAM governance processes and technologies in a regulated environment 5-7 years' experience implementing and managing IAM controls in alignment with NIST and other financial industry standards.
