We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health Analytics Expert to join our growing team. In this role, he/she will use his/her expertise to analyze healthcare and digital health data to generate actionable insights that support client reporting and business reviews, program performance evaluation, and clinical strategy. The work will play a critical role in driving improved clinical outcomes, enhancing member engagement, and enabling cost-effective care delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong statistical expertise with a deep understanding of health systems and the business of healthcare. Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed analyses on clinical, EMR, and engagement data to evaluate program effectiveness across chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity, behavioral health). • Design and maintain clients reports tracking outcomes, utilization, cost of care, risk stratification, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Partner with product and translate data and clinical leadership to generate real-world evidence into strategic insights. • Identify population health trends, gaps in performance, and opportunities for quality improvement or intervention design. • Apply statistical models (e.g., regression, survival analysis, predictive modeling) to evaluate member risk, engagement, or ROI. • Support value-based care initiatives by analyzing total cost of care, HEDIS measures, STAR ratings, and quality performance. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA and healthcare standards • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, ideally with Health Plans or Insurance Carriers, Provider, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Digital health company or Healthcare Consulting Firms. • Proficiency in SQL, statistical and modeling tools (Python and/or R), data visualization, BI & Reporting Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling Platforms (e.g. XGBoost) • Familiarity with healthcare-specific tools & standards: claims data platforms (medical & pharmacy), EHR/EMR, HEDIS, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, FHIR APIs. • Strong understanding of clinical metrics (HEDIS measures, Stars Ratings metrics, Clinical outcomes, SDoH indicators, Patient Reported Outcomes and Utilization metrics), financial metrics (PMPM, ROI, TCOC) and program and engagement metrics (MAU, DAU, coaching interaction, satisfaction scores) • Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to clinical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with digital therapeutics, or population health interventions. • Knowledge of Employer-sponsored benefits, Medicare Advantage or Medicaid. • Experience in predictive modeling or machine learning in healthcare settings. • DarioHealth promotes diversity of thought, culture and background, which connects the entire Dario team.
