Position Requirements Healthcare Customer Service Representatives are tasked with handling customer inquiries by: Connecting with clients via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions or concerns Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues Elevating interactions when necessary Assisting with requests or processing payments Recording call details for auditing and reporting Providing feedback on call-related concerns Engaging in upselling when needed We seek dedicated individuals who aim to deliver excellence consistently. High School Diploma or equivalent A minimum of 6 months in customer service Must be 18 or older Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute Familiarity with desktop computer systems and a basic understanding of Windows Ideally, previous customer service or sales experience A college degree is preferred but not mandatory Process Excellence: Follow procedures diligently with a customer-focused approach. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support staff to resolve issues and meet goals. Communication: Excellent skills in communication, listening, and analysis.
