The Role: Healthcare Enrollment Specialist As a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist, you are the linchpin in our patient care process. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients, educate them on the benefits of our CCM/RPM programs, address their queries, and enroll those who are interested. This role requires a unique blend of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for improving patient care. Key Responsibilities: Initiate phone contact with eligible Medicare patients to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs on behalf of physician practices. Meet or exceed outbound connect rates and enrollment objectives, demonstrating a strong work ethic and time management skills. Educate patients comprehensively on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs, ensuring they understand how these services can enhance their health and wellbeing. Obtain consent from patients who elect to opt-in to the programs, documenting all interactions accurately in our enrollment system, iCare by HealthXL. Maintain a thorough understanding of program details, benefits, and logistics, staying updated on any changes or developments. Adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines and company policies, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions. Work persistently to build patient enrollment, leveraging your skills in truthful, tactful persuasion. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist at HealthXL, you should: Demonstrate our core values of Integrity, Growth, and Excellence in your work ethic and interactions. Have a proven track record in an outbound call center environment, preferably in inside sales or a related field.
