The Role: Healthcare Enrollment Specialist As a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist, you are the linchpin in our patient care process. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients, educate them on the benefits of our CCM/RPM programs, address their queries, and enroll those who are interested. Key Responsibilities: Initiate phone contact with eligible Medicare patients to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs on behalf of physician practices.
