Healthcare Recruiter Needed – RN Consultant & Companion Sitter (Pre-Licensure / Contingent Roles)
I am launching a home care agency in North Carolina and am currently in the state licensure phase. I am seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to help me identify and secure two contingent staff members required for licensure readiness: 1. Registered Nurse (RN Consultant) – licensed in North Carolina 2. Companion Sitter / Caregiver – future employee role These are pre-licensure, contingent positions, meaning: No active client work No guaranteed hours at this stage Roles are primarily for compliance and startup readiness Formal employment or compensation begins after licensure approval The ideal recruiter understands home care, home health, or healthcare staffing, and is comfortable recruiting for conditional or contingent roles. Recruiter Responsibilities Source and screen qualified candidates for: RN Consultant (active NC RN license required) Companion Sitter / Caregiver Conduct initial vetting (resume review, license verification, availability) Present 2–3 qualified candidates per role Ensure candidates understand and accept the contingent, pre-licensure nature of the positions Coordinate introductions and handoff once candidates are selected Requirements Proven experience recruiting in healthcare, preferably: Home care Home health Nursing or caregiver staffing Familiarity with North Carolina healthcare licensing or staffing requirements (preferred) Ability to recruit for non-traditional or contingent roles Strong communication and professionalism I already have: Job descriptions ✔️ Contingent offer letters ✔️ Clear explanation for candidates ✔️ The agreed upon budget for this project will be divided in half per milestone: Milestone 1: RN candidates delivered Milestone 2: Companion sitter candidates delivered Based on this opportunity, there is opportunity for re-hire to work directly with me and this company in the future.
