As an Associate Strategy Partner I, you will report to the Senior Director and undertake a key working team role on Strategy Office (SO) projects while building a basic SO skill set. • Involved in data collection/analysis, client interviews and synthesis, basic problem structuring, document creation and formatting, client team management and alignment, and presentations. • A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. • A caregiver who excels in this role will: • Undertake a key working team role on Strategy Office projects while building their basic SO skill set. • Work on 2-3 SO team projects including analytics, problem-structuring, client interviews, document creation, client relationship management, and implementation planning. • Lead small client teams and/or key client relationships. • Develop client team meeting agendas and presentations (with guidance) and lead small meetings independently. • Synthesize learnings from project work and contribute to overall expertise and toolkit development in relevant domain areas. • Build relationships with client team members. • Participate in Strategy Office projects that help set the SO agenda, improve team effectiveness/engagement, improve people processes, skill-building, etc. • Solve assigned portions of problems using SO tools and skills. • Utilize the SO team databases and analytical tools to complete directed analytics accurately and efficiently. • Complete presentation-ready presentation pages summarizing work or analysis; give presentations to SO and project team leadership. • Work collaboratively with peers and earn respect through effective emotional intelligence skills. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business or related field and history of achievement and ability to influence change required. • Minimum of 2 years of work experience, experience in healthcare including internship/fellowship preferred. Requirements • Master's degree preferred. • Background in operations, expert or consultative role preferred.
