Requirements • Two Fractional Partnership Tracks: • Fractional Certified Partner (Commission Based) • Ideal for independent/fractional consultants seeking a ready-made leadership curriculum. • A leadership curriculum to add to your existing consulting practice. • A brandable product white-labeled to sell under your name/logo, etc. • A scalable, recurring revenue without delivering the training yourself. • A strong commission structure that rewards you for having the network and ability to close deals. • Fractional Affiliate Partner (Referral Based) • Ideal for retired or semi-retired leaders who have a trusted network. • Prefer to make introductions, not deliver training. • Want someone else to handle the sales, training, and delivery. • Want meaningful part-time engagement with high upside. • Want to earn a strong referral fee on closed deals.
