Role Description The Real Estate Regulatory Compliance Manager will have overall responsibility for defining and maintaining the regulatory requirements for the Real Estate content portfolio and establishing a leadership position in the industry for leading regulatory direction. • Support product management and other key stakeholders within the real estate ecosystem in development of product roadmap and key growth areas. • Define and standardize the regulatory requirements for product rollout across all Real Estate portfolios. • Synthesize large amounts of information and create simple, profound solutions. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and consistent quality. • Provide oversight of the team priorities, deliverables, and quality of work. • Create high engagement in team members through empowerment, personal coaching, and development. • Quickly build relationships and establish credibility with a large number of stakeholders. Qualifications • 5 or more years as a product manager, product owner, or regulatory compliance specialist. • 5 or more years of experience in regulated education. • College degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Strong interpersonal and superior written skills required. • Strong attention to detail. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required. • Experience in real estate would be an important plus. Requirements • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and timelines.
