Hiring Real Estate Agents - We Provide 10-20+ Incoming Leads Each Week

Amo Realty is real estate brokerage that provides each of our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming buyer & seller leads each week. It's an extremely unique lead system. There are options to choose inbound leads throughout different regions of each state. We're currently hiring real estate agents throughout our offices in 14 states. We cover the entire state of all 14 states. We're expanding to more metros across the U.S. soon. Right now, the 14 states that we're hiring licensed real estate agents are: - California - Colorado - Connecticut - Florida - Georgia - Illinois - Massachusetts - New Hampshire - New Jersey - New York - Pennsylvania - Rhode Island - Tennessee - Washington - More locations planned soon. Leads We give each agent at least 40-100+ incoming residential buyer & seller leads each month. The leads come in from a variety of sources such as Zillow. We've had the exact same system since 2007 and it works with a small group. We're under water leads. We are flooded with residential leads. We do also provide some commercial leads. We have a unique strategy that works: High volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group. What We Need We have a high volume of leads and it's a real numbers game. We need every single lead hooked onto our CRM and constantly followed up with to increase the conversion rate. We use 2 CRMS: Our own CRM to send property alerts to each lead, and Follow Up Boss to set up automatic drip campaigns to each lead. Many of the leads will not buy or sell for months or years down the line and we need to stay in front of them to increase the conversion rate. We need agents with a willingness to learn the CRM and are good with follow up. We also need agents who have at least some recent experience and are active in the industry. If agents are receiving 40-100+ leads monthly, we're hoping they'll convert even a small % of them. Many of the leads will be kicking tires and we need agents who are patient and will try to convert as many as they can. This is why we send a high volume of them. Some of our agents receive over 1000+ incoming leads each year and it's likely one of the top most epic lead systems out there. Split Info • 80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years with an $18,000 cap, and then 100% split split for the rest of the calendar year. • After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap • 50/50 split on company-provided leads • 100% commission on personal real estate transactions • 100% commission for nuclear family • Amo Realty covers E&O insurance • No monthly fees, no transaction fees -- just the split system • * We're looking for loyalty** Our lead system only works if we do not have any turnover. We have very low turnover, and the first agent ever hired in 2007 still works at our company. We need agents that are going to close sales and stay with us for the long run.
