The DCX Client Services - Home-Based E-commerce Online Store Builder will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English Strong organizational and time management skills Superior project follow-through ensuring timely completion Familiarity with web-based applications WHAT YOU WILL DO Build web stores with functionality that supports the client’s needs. Keep web stores updated with pricing, product maintenance, and graphics, and understand how each store types of invoices to the customers. Oversee and update existing customer e-commerce sites based on input from an online ticketing request system. Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes, and all other vital e-commerce website elements for visual appeal, accuracy, and user-friendliness. Collaborate with integrated partners to coordinate the integration and testing of templates and products on external systems. Manage project timelines for e-commerce site builds and adhere to service-level agreements for site maintenance requests. Coordinate the production of orders and ensure timely communication with suppliers about orders using an e-commerce platform. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of e-commerce projects. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial. Previous store-building experience with Shopify or other platforms is a plus, but not necessary. Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms is a great advantage.
