Main Street Staging & Design is expanding into the Colorado Springs and Castle Rock markets and is seeking an experienced, motivated Staging Designer to join our team in a 100% commission-based, independent contractor role. This opportunity is ideal for a designer who is confident, energetic, and comfortable asking for the sale—someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and actively working to book staging projects, without the financial burden of owning inventory or managing logistics independently. ⸻ About Us Main Street Staging & Design is an established home staging and interior design company with over 20 years of experience helping homes sell faster and for top value. With a professionally curated storage facility of furnishings and décor, we partner with real estate professionals and homeowners to create market-ready spaces that drive results. ⸻ About the Role As a Staging Designer with Main Street Staging & Design, you will lead the creative direction of staging projects while also playing an active role in growing business within your market. In addition to designing and staging homes, this role includes building relationships, identifying opportunities, and confidently asking for the sale to help convert leads into booked staging projects.
