Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support both our Remote and Headquarters (HQ) operations. This multifaceted role will be responsible for a wide range of recruitment and HR administrative tasks, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding processes, training coordination, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Recruitment, including conducting interviews and candidate assessments Sourcing experience, including LinkedIn search, Boolean strings, and ATS management (BambooHR); Handshake experience is a plus Onboarding and Offboarding Training and Development Payroll, Time Off Management, and Time Tracking Administrative and Event Coordination Liaising between team members, management, and external partners Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong command of grammar Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year program, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in the same field (HR, recruitment, or administrative support) Willingness and ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) hours Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $750 - $900/month based on experience Bi-weekly payouts A probationary period to acclimate to the night shift and the industry Extensive training in a niche industry Opportunities for career growth and salary increase after performance reviews Opportunities to work on projects with other divisions when looking to expand skillset High-performing employees are considered for company retreats
