As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in maintaining an efficient and compliant HR function. You will handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist with creating a positive employee experience. What You Will Do Maintain and update employee records in HRIS Assist with the recruiting process including managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and sending offers. Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed, including I-9s and background checks. Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives and training coordination. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Support ongoing HR processes such as performance reviews, HR Policy updates, and reporting. Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned. What You Need To Be Successful A Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources or related field or 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-changing environment, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with US federal and state labor regulations and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Familiarity with HRIS is a plus About BlackCloak BlackCloak is an extremely fast-growing company in an entirely new product category.
