About TK Tasting Kitchen is a leading luxury media group with a high-end magazine, global website, premium social channels, custom publishing, a private events space in Hong Kong, and a creative agency. We work with top global brands, advertisers, and agencies across Asia. We are fully transitioning to HubSpot as our revenue operations platform and are seeking a Diamond- or Platinum-level HubSpot Partner (or equivalent elite RevOps agency) to architect, implement, and operate our CRM at an enterprise standard. This engagement includes: 1. Full HubSpot build across Sales and Marketing 2. Data operations and reporting foundation 3. Long-term RevOps partnership with proactive optimization We are not looking for freelancers. We want a high-performance partner with a track record of complex, multi-hub deployments. ⸻ Engagement Goals • Architect a scalable HubSpot environment as the single source of truth • Implement robust revenue processes, automation, and governance • Deliver accurate forecasting, clean data, meaningful insights, and operational rigor • Integrate advanced stack elements: ZoomInfo, Mailchimp or HubSpot Email, Google Workspace, Slack, CMS forms, e-signature tools, VOIP, GA4 with UTM discipline • Provide long-term RevOps leadership and continuous refinement ⸻ Scope of Work (High-Level) Phase 0 – Architecture and Strategy • Deep-dive discovery with sales, marketing, events, and leadership • Revenue process mapping, lifecycle strategy, scoring, handoffs, SLAs • Data model, pipeline architecture, property schema, and governance design • Integration strategy for all systems with error-handling path Phase 1 – Platform Build and Data Migration • Full HubSpot configuration: pipelines, teams, permissions, views, templates, sequences, playbooks • Advanced workflow buildout: routing, lifecycle automation, alerts, task logic, deal hygiene • Comprehensive data migration and cleanup from sheets, ZoomInfo, and Mailchimp • Deployment of required integrations across productivity, enrichment, calling, forms, analytics, and e-signatures • Executive dashboards for pipeline, revenue, forecast, sponsorships, funnel, velocity, attribution, and CRM health Phase 2 – Enablement and Adoption • Sales and marketing training, coaching, and playbooks • Outreach setup with sequences and meeting links • Campaign and segmentation support • Behavior reinforcement and adoption monitoring Phase 3 – Ongoing RevOps Partnership • Monthly admin, workflow optimization, and data operations • Monthly insights report with performance analysis and recommendations • Quarterly roadmap and expansion planning • Governance, dedupe routines, enrichment oversight, compliance checks • Integration maintenance and optimization ⸻ Example Pipelines Magazine Ads Event Sponsorships Agency Services (With required fields for value, close date, next step, source or UTM, region, consent) ⸻ 90-Day Success Criteria • Weekly active usage above 80 percent • Data completeness at or above 95 percent • Duplicate rate below 2 percent • Forecast accuracy within 10 percent • Attribution view live; velocity benchmark established • CRM playbook, data dictionary, and MI dashboard set delivered ⸻ Who We Want to Work With • HubSpot Diamond or Platinum Partner, or equivalent elite RevOps agency • Demonstrated excellence in complex HubSpot implementations • Deep experience with ZoomInfo, advanced workflow automation, attribution modeling, and multi-hub deployments • Strong data integrity discipline, governance frameworks, and integration expertise • Experience in media, publishing, or event sponsorship pipelines is a strong advantage • Able to provide anonymized examples of workflows, dashboards, schemas, and client references • Proactive, not reactive: we expect leadership, recommendations, and ongoing optimization This is a long-term relationship for a partner who can elevate TK’s entire revenue operation. ⸻ Proposal Requirements • Team composition, roles, credentials, and billing structure • Redacted artifacts showing high-end HubSpot work (pipelines, workflows, dashboards) • Implementation plan with timeline and clear milestones • Pricing for fixed-fee build and monthly RevOps retainer • Two client references • Description of data protection and security approach • Responses to: 1. Proposed schema and pipelines for our revenue lines 2. Recommended path from Mailchimp to HubSpot Email 3. Top workflows to implement first 4.
