The Office of the New York State Comptroller is seeking a Human Resources Specialist 1 (Labor Relations) to provide expert advice on employee-related concerns and manage the disciplinary process. The role involves investigating misconduct, administering grievance processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
