Hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager

They are seeking a Hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager to oversee client success, manage delivery systems, and ensure smooth internal execution of projects. Responsibilities Client communication & retention Delivery timelines & accountability Internal systems, processes, and execution flow Primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce clients Weekly client updates (calls or async) Set and enforce scope, timelines, and expectations Translate client feedback into clear internal action items Identify risks early and prevent churn Push back on out-of-scope or unrealistic requests professionally Plan and manage weekly sprints across all accounts Own delivery systems inside ClickUp / Notion Track deadlines, dependencies, and workload QA all deliverables before client delivery Keep creative strategists focused on strategy and execution Eliminate bottlenecks and last-minute fire drills Improve and document internal workflows Build and refine SOPs for recurring processes Optimize handoffs between strategy, production, and delivery Identify inefficiencies and proactively fix them Help standardize how the agency scales delivery Skills 1 – 5 years experience in account management, project management, or agency operations Worked in an e-commerce or DTC agency Hands-on experience with project management and delivery systems Built, improved, or maintained SOPs and internal processes Understand paid social workflows (Meta Ads) Communicate clearly and confidently with clients Can say 'no' and explain tradeoffs when needed Health, wellness, or consumer product brand experience Experience scaling agency systems from chaos → clarity Benefits Performance & retention bonuses Clear path to Head of Accounts / Operations Lead Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
