We believe in empowering our employees to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives, and we're committed to providing the resources and support needed to succeed.Job SummaryAs a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer contacts, troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues, and engaging with third-party vendors and suppliers as needed. You will also be required to remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters, as well as identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination.Key Responsibilities* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner* Assist with inquiries received via various channels, including email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat* Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues in a timely and effective manner* Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to resolve customer issues* Remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers* Identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination to improve customer satisfaction and reduce repeat issuesEssential Qualifications* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills (at least 40 wpm)* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors* Flexibility to work in an evolving environment with changing priorities and deadlines* Ability to complete all required training and adhere to blithequark's policies and proceduresPreferred Qualifications* Call center experience* Experience with billing, rate plans, and feature matters* Knowledge of AT&T's products and services* Experience with e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chatEducationRequirements* High school diploma or equivalent is preferredExperienceRequirements* At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environmentCareer Growth and Development Opportunitiesblithequark offers paid training and resources to encourage career growth and development.
