Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Overview: How you can make a difference We’re expanding our Identity & Access practice and looking for an experienced IAM Analyst who loves turning complex access challenges into simple, secure experiences for teammates and partners. What you’ll be doing • Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID configurations, policies, and integrations. • Implement and monitor identity governance, including role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access, and MFA. • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across applications and systems. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with security standards. • Collaborate with security and IT teams to enforce least privilege principles and identity lifecycle management. • Assist in audits and reporting for compliance and regulatory requirements. • Stay current with IAM best practices and emerging technologies. What you will need to be successful • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management • Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, including conditional access, MFA, and identity governance • Experience with SSO, federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) • Familiarity with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Protection features • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation • Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack (Defender, Intune) • Exposure to IAM tools beyond Entra ID (Okta, Ping, SailPoint) • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) This is an hourly/non-exempt position: At this time we are unable to hire hourly roles within the following areas: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon & Rhode Island. #LI-Remote This is a remote position. Salary Range: $33.65 To $50.24 / hour Benefits & Perks: The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
