Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Development Executive to join our Concentrix Catalyst team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in key verticals by leveraging Salesforce technology solutions. This role requires a self-starter with a strong relationship-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for solving business challenges with Salesforce technology. Key Responsibilities Lead preparations for formal sales meetings and account planning sessions between Salesforce and Concentrix Account Teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth. Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to identify new business opportunities, including transformation deals, and develop strategic plans to pursue them. Engage with Concentrix account managers and new logo sellers to identify business challenges in their accounts, build strong relationships, and yield opportunities in their accounts. Build a pipeline that is 5x your quota, qualify deals, and engage Salesforce practice individuals as needed for solutioning and customer meetings to drive revenue growth. Ensure Concentrix is tagged as the partner on key Concentrix-initiated or co-sell deals to maximize revenue opportunities. Proactively maintain Salesforce AE relationships to foster a strong partnership and drive business growth. Leverage modern sales tools to effectively manage your pipeline and deal velocity, ensuring timely and efficient sales processes. Maintain a strong knowledge of our Salesforce-based solutions, customer stories, competitors, and key changes to the Salesforce platform and roadmap to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Development Executive with a strong track record of success in shaping medium to large deals in collaboration with the Salesforce seller ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience shaping medium to large deals in collaboration with the Salesforce seller ecosystem. Success as a Business Development Hunter with sophisticated closing capabilities for implementation projects and annuity managed services deals. Experience working with deal sizes between $250K and $5M and achieving service bookings targets in excess of $4M USD per year. The ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our clients' business needs. Driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at senior executive levels. The ability to travel 25% of the time, as required.
