About the Role As a Full-Time On-Premise Account Manager at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll be based in Fergus Falls, MN, and will play a key role in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize the market's potential, working closely with various support functions to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the On-Premise Drink Market. Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Stay ahead of competitive policies and promotions, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to drive sales performance. Create and deliver engaging presentations, negotiating and problem-solving to address customer and employee concerns. Develop and implement employee training sessions and manage incentive programs to drive sales excellence. Embody customer-centricity in all interactions, shaping an unforgettable experience for employees, customers, and consumers alike. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need a valuable skill set tailored for success. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies, preferably in the beverage industry. A valid Class D driver's license with satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Check according to Vehicle Safety Policy. Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make presentations. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the beverage industry and products, although not essential. A proven track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
