The preferred candidate approaches sales in a consultative manner ? comprehending agency models and identifying the needs and decision criteria of potential clients. Most importantly, meeting revenue targets will fall under your responsibility.This is a full-time remote role based in the East/ Midwest Coast of the United States.What you'll do:Foster a collaborative business relationship between Yelp and SMB digital marketing agencies (primarily local) and their advertisers.Hold a Bachelor?s Degree OR 3+ years equivalent experience in Digital Advertising Sales.Craft consultative sales presentations to illustrate how Yelp?s advertising products can be utilized to connect with consumers.Lead training sessions to assist the agency in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns.Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets assigned by management while contributing to overall team targets.Cultivate and manage partner relationships to ensure surpassing of assigned goals.Identify new agency partnerships which align with Yelp?s partner compliance as needed to meet growth expectations.Chart out agency structure and identify key decision makers, budget owners, and the agencies' decision-making process.Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.Engage with agencies continually to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' needs, and maintain Yelp?s partnership prominence.Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers.Arrive at work each day with a positive attitude and readiness to succeed.What it takes to succeed:Have digital advertising experience, including working with or/for a marketing/advertising agency, selling to marketing/advertising agencies.Have familiarity with pay per click advertising (strong preference).Familiarity with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) preferred.Have a proven achievement in meeting sales goals in a prior role.Have experience collaborating with marketers at executive levels.Have superb communication and presentation abilities.Are adaptable, open to startup environments, and capable of thriving within an ever-changing, swift-paced workplace.Display self-motivation, foster teamwork, and exhibit a determined commitment to surpassing targets.Are skilled in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce.What you'll get:Effective your first day: Full medical, vision, and dental.Mental health support and services via Modern Health.15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire and increases with 2+ years of tenure thereafter), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday.Up to 14 weeks of parental leave.Monthly wellness subsidy.Flexible spending account.401(k) retirement savings plan.Employee stock purchase plan.Professional development reimbursement.Work from home reimbursement.Base salary is $80,000 plus performance based incentives (uncapped commission).ClosingAt Yelp, we believe that diversity is an expression of all the unique characteristics that make us human: race, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, and education ? and those are just a few.
