Immigration Attorney (Part Time)
About Us Sunrise Law, P.C. is a rapidly growing boutique immigration law firm representing multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, and emerging startups across diverse industries. Our firm focuses on strategic immigration planning, executive mobility, and cross-border business structuring for E, L, H, TN, and employment-based green card cases. We are expanding our remote team and seeking an experienced Part-Time Immigration Attorney who demonstrates strategic thinking, organizational foresight, and leadership capacity. Duties • Oversee and coordinate employment-based immigration cases, including E-1/E-2, L-1, H-1B, PERM, EB-2, and EB-3 filings, and TN. • Draft and review complex petitions as needed — with focus on strategy rather than routine drafting. • Train and mentor legal assistants; review and improve their work quality. • Assist in firm marketing efforts, including preparing immigration-related educational content, recording internal training videos, and contributing to business development materials. • Participate in internal case reviews and strategic planning meetings to improve service quality and consistency. Preferred Additional Expertise Experience in EB-1, NIW, O-1, or EB-5 cases is a strong plus. Qualifications • J.D. degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business immigration law. • Strong organizational skills; able to supervise paralegals. • Excellent English writing and analytical skills. • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote working environment.
