Where You Fit: The Professional Services department at Springbrook is looking for an Implementation Consultant to assist with implementing Springbrook's cloud Utility Billing software in local governments throughout the country. You'll work alongside our team of project managers and consultants to help configure, train, and provide go live support to our newest customers. This position offers the flexibility for you to work from any location within the United States, including out of your home office or one of the several Springbrook offices throughout the country. This opportunity is for remote work, occasional travel maybe required. Responsibilities: • Interview customers and gather and document requirements for planning how best to configure Springbrook's software • Review converted data to ensure complete and accurate information is brought forward into our software • Configure Springbrook's software in a manner consistent with the customer's business practices • Provide end-user training in our software • Provide go live support and ensure a seamless transition of the customer account to Springbrook's Customer Support department • Occasional travel to customer sites on occasion to perform software implementation work and training may be required. • Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies • Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team • Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies • Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team Required Qualifications: • 3+ years' experience in a role that that is customer-facing (e.g., Professional Services, Customer Support, Customer Success, etc.) • Bachelor's degree in business related or an additional 2 years' experience in a SaaS implementation position • Experience working with and implementing cloud-based utility billing software • Proficiency in using complex software, including SaaS-based solutions • Experience in tracking and meeting billable utilization targets Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience working in a municipal government, water billing, or electric billing agency • Prior experience working with municipal finance and billing and payment software • Prior experience working with ERP software and tools (SAP, Salesforce, Sage/Intaact, NetSuite, etc.) • Experience in implementing either Financial software or Payments Software.
