What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Informatics Manager – Data Systems to join our team! The Informatics Manager – Data Systems is responsible for the hands-on management of the Informatics Data Systems team, resolves technical problems and assists with design and implementation of reporting and analytical (Business Intelligence) systems and processes, including Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics. On a typical day, you might: • Develop and validate project scope and resource estimates along with completion times. • Oversee systems tests, releases and turnovers for reporting and analytics platform maintenance and development, including advance notification of all planned system and network outages. • Assess technical risk and mitigation plans. • Coordinate with other information services or user personnel in resolving conflicts among resources. That’s why we offer: • Typical working hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; flexible work schedules with some roles with management approval. • Work-from-home options available for most positions • Health Insurance with no premium for employee coverage • Flexible Spending Accounts • 24 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 12 paid holidays in your first year • NC Local Government Retirement Pension (defined-benefit plan) • 401k with 5% employer match and immediate vesting • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer • Quarterly stipend for remote work supplies Qualifications Required: • Associate’s degree and three (3) years’ experience in any of the following areas: Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics (Actuarial/ Statistics), Engineering Sciences, business, analytics, healthcare, healthcare administration, healthcare claims environment and reporting development; OR • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum one (1) year experience in any of the following areas: Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics (Actuarial/ Statistics), Engineering Sciences, business, analytics, healthcare, healthcare administration, healthcare claims environment and reporting development; OR • Equivalent combination of education/experience. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Must reside within North Carolina. • Must be able to travel within catchment as required. Preferred: • Degree in Information Technology / MIS, Mathematics (Actuarial/ Statistics), Engineering Sciences, business, analytics, or healthcare. • Advanced degree. • Demonstrated experience in any of SQL (SSRS, SSIS), R, Python, AI / Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies, and the capture and presentation of performance metrics. • Experience supervising two (2) or more employees.
