About Us: Allied Digital Services, LLC, is a leading provider of IT services and solutions. Job Description: As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large Ophthalmology Healthcare Company. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to general IT Key Responsibilities: - Provide remote IT support to clients - Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests - Document and track support requests in a ticketing system - Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older.
