Inside Sales Agent – Real Estate Lead, CRM Specialist

Job Description: • Make outbound and follow-up calls daily using Google Voice to engage new leads and re-engage old ones. • Qualify buyers, sellers, and investors by asking structured questions to assess readiness and motivation. • Follow up promptly to nurture cold and warm leads through the funnel. • Convert conversations into scheduled appointments or live transfers to the client. • Oversee daily lead flow and pipeline activity inside GoHighLevel (GHL). • Monitor and maintain all automations, workflows, and triggers to ensure accuracy and performance; however will not be required to build automations. • Update lead statuses, tags, and notes after each call or contact. • Audit the CRM daily and weekly to verify data accuracy and lead stage progressions. • Identify automation errors or gaps and communicate fixes to the client or technical support. • Record call activity, conversion metrics, and appointment data consistently. • Provide daily and weekly reports summarizing lead contact rates, follow-ups, and booked appointments. • Maintain accountability by hitting agreed-upon performance goals (calls made, contacts reached, appointments set). • Work closely with the client to refine scripts, follow-up cadence, and messaging. • Provide insight into lead quality and campaign performance trends. • Contribute to improving system automations and communication sequences in GHL. Requirements: • 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, telemarketing, or inside sales required). • Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for pipeline management and automations (required). • Proven ability to manage, track, and convert leads using CRM systems. • Excellent English communication — confident, persuasive, and natural on the phone. • Organized, disciplined, and data-driven with a follow-through mindset. • Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with measurable KPIs. • Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. • Real estate lead generation or ISA experience is strongly preferred.
