A Truly Global Product We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals , admin tools , and several internal apps. Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB . The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React , with nearly all code written in TypeScript . For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis) . Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse , and we use Elasticsearch for search. The Team We are a distributed team of 120+ product professionals, including 35+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing. About the Role We are looking for a Insights Customer Analytics Manager who will lead the analytics team and become the driving force behind the development of product analytics. This role combines customer analytics, product insights, and marketing analytics: you will manage the team, build processes, ensure high-quality analytics, and turn data into clear and actionable insights for our clients (nonprofit organizations) and internal teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Partnerships teams: we have a large and complex product, and these teams rely on data to understand its effectiveness. Our primary audience and business stakeholders are in the US. While the product development team speaks Russian, you will need to communicate extensively in English, so we expect your level to be C1 or higher. What You’ll Do Actively collaborate with Product Analytics, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Partnerships teams. Handle ad-hoc data requests from clients (nonprofit organizations): data exports, custom reports, donor traffic analysis. Design and conduct customer A/B tests: compare the effectiveness of our product with competitors’ solutions, ensure correct methodology, and interpret results. Research donor behavior trends and turn them into insights for publications (blog, social media, reports) and internal usage. Work with the marketing team to identify and prepare insights for campaigns and communications. Manage the team’s workload: plan the roadmap, control deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. Lead and mentor the analytics team: support professional growth, drive team development, and build a strong culture of quality. Requirements 5+ years of experience in analytics , including at least 2 years in a leadership role . Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply to different audiences. Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory . Excellent command of SQL and experience with BI tools ( Tableau, Looker, Power BI , etc.). Hands-on experience with Python ( NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib ). English proficiency at C1 level or above .
