This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that drive professional growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, effective training content for diverse audiences, using a range of instructional design methods and digital tools. Your contributions will directly impact learner engagement, skill acquisition, and business performance. Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and blended learning experiences. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and translate complex information into accessible content. • Apply adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness. • Evaluate and improve learning programs through feedback, assessments, and analytics. • Maintain documentation, style guides, and content repositories to ensure consistency and quality. • Stay current on emerging instructional design trends, tools, and best practices to continually innovate learning solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning content creation. • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia). • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning modalities, and assessment strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills. • Experience in remote or distributed team environments is a plus.
