You Will: • Manage cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams driving schedules and resources effectively • Work closely with the product management team to translate requirements to epics, user stories and create a prioritized product backlog • Provide hands-on program management including running daily scrums, managing product backlog, and tracking team velocity. • Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions • Manage team commitments and tradeoffs so as to not overwhelm engineering teams • Work independently with minimal supervision • Present high-level program schedule and status to the leadership team Required Skills and Qualifications: • BS or BA • 5+ years of technical product/program/project management or related experience • Experience working with technical management teams to develop and deploy commercial systems, solutions, and products at scale • Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
