Job Summary: Intern Program & Social Media Manager As an Intern Program & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our internship program, managing social content production, and ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our Brand & Creative team to develop and implement engaging social media strategies, while also providing guidance and support to our interns. Key Responsibilities: Internship Program Management: Evaluate applications and conduct interviews as the internship program's hiring manager Create onboarding materials and lead training sessions to ensure interns are well-prepared for their roles Serve as the main point of contact for interns, addressing questions and managing administrative needs Develop and assign weekly intern tasks based on the needs of Stride's Brand & Creative team Ensure timely delivery of intern-created assets to relevant stakeholders by established deadlines Social Media Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to establish focus groups where interns can share their perspectives and participate in innovation Compile social media metrics and report on internship program performance regularly Work with selected interns to develop content for public marketing channels, including Meta and TikTok Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise 15 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems Essential Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of general marketing and/or social media experience Prior people management/intern management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong project management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong relationship builder and proactive partner Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.) and web applications Ability to travel 10% of the time Ability to clear required background check Preferred Qualifications: Experience in online education or a related industry Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms Experience with content creation and management Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Creativity and innovation in approach to social media and internship program management Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Stride, Inc., we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
