The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of AI solutions aimed at enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist in developing and testing AI models to optimize service workflows and improve response times Collaborate with Customer Service and Technology teams to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing systems Analyze performance data and provide insights to refine AI algorithms for better service outcomes Perform other duties as assigned Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus Benefits Access to learning resources, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.
