Inventory Stock Analyst
Imperial is a leading brand in premium headwear and apparel, seeking an Inventory Stock Analyst to optimize inventory levels across their warehouse operations. The role involves analyzing sales trends, collaborating with sales teams and suppliers, and refining inventory management systems to ensure product availability during peak and off-peak seasons. Responsibilities Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future inventory needs Manage stock levels for both peak and off-peak seasons for apparel and headwear products Work closely with the sales team to understand current and future product demand Collaborate with overseas and local suppliers to manage product purchasing and delivery schedules Maintain and refine inventory management systems to optimize stock flow Develop Netsuite-based automation tools for forecasting and tracking inventory Ensure seamless communication between sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to meet inventory demands Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience with MRP systems, analyzing and collecting necessary information for action planning Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain management principles Advanced Excel skills (including creating automation tools, formulas, and macros) Experience in inventory management, stock analysis, or a related role is preferred but not required Experience with inventory management software is a plus Interest in programming or data analysis tools is highly desirable Benefits Free Hats 401K with company match Health care (medical, dental, vision) Employee Assistance Program PTO (vacation, personal days, 9 company holidays) Opportunities for continuing education Employee product discounts Company Overview We're all about savoring the good life at Imperial.
