Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr 100% remote, but must be located in Northern Utah Job Summary: As an Investment Advisor Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering top-notch financial services to our clients. You will assist in managing client accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the financial industry. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities • Assist investment advisors in managing client portfolios and accounts. • Prepare and maintain client documentation, including account opening forms, investment policy statements, and performance reports. • Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and economic conditions to support advisors in making informed decisions. • Communicate with clients to address inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide updates on account status. • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment proposals. • Monitor and track client account performance and report findings to advisors. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Maintain and organize client files and records in accordance with best practices. • Collaborate with other team members to enhance client service and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Charles Schwab experience preferred since we custody at Schwab. • Previous experience in a financial services or investment advisory role is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
