About the Role We are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to work directly with our CEO to identify and engage investors interested in acquiring or funding Salvex’s innovative subsidiaries. The role involves supporting fundraising, investor outreach and grant acquisition for our ventures in Aviation, Oil & Gas and Environmental Inclusion. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute investment strategies in coordination with Salvex leadership. • Identify and connect with investors, venture firms, and impact investors aligned with Salvex’s mission. • Prepare professional investment materials, pitch decks, proposals and grant applications tailored to each investor or funding source. • Conduct market research and manage investor communications. • Assist in preparing and refining business plans for Salvex and its related entities to present to investors and grant organizations. • Initiate and manage communication with investors, effectively presenting Salvex’s value proposition and sustainability-focused business model. • Schedule investor meetings and bring in the CEO for advanced discussions. • Help raise funds for: • Aviation Parts Business • Oil & Gas Operator Network • Environmental Inclusion (impact investors and grants) • Maintain investor relationships and provide regular progress updates. Requirements • Proven experience raising capital or securing grants/investments. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Venture Capital. • Strong financial modeling, valuation and investor relations skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Experience working with impact investors or sustainability-focused funds is a plus. • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple investor relationships.
